In one word - BEAUTIFUL

Just like the other reviews, I was extremely shocked when I first laid my eyes on the 18k Yellow Gold Overlay Sterling Silver Butterfly Pendant. It is not too big and not too small, the perfect size. The detailed filigree design with the butterfly and flower petals makes it look mesmerizing. The magic round chain is just as pretty, it reminds me of a snake cord type chain. Better than I expected

I was looking for an inexpensive gold necklace to wear with a dress I'd recently purchased. Since there is no such thing as an inexpensive gold necklace, I thought I'd try gold plated, or as Amazon likes to call it, overlay. I was a little nervous, because I've heard of people having issues with the gold overlay rubbing off, not with this particular necklace but others in the Amazon Collection.
