This one is surely a mixed bag. Panama and Jump are two super high energy songs. I'll Wait has some cool lyrics and Top Jimmy is a spunky hidden gem. The rest just sounds like the guys were looking for material to FILL out the album. Whereas it is not terrible, it falls way short of the debut, Fair Warning, 5150, and Diver Down.

Don't get me wrong. This is not a bad recording by any means. Hot For Teacher, Jump, I'll Wait, Panama, and Top Jimmy are all very good songs. However five good songs do not a classic album make. The remaining tracks more or less sound like they were used to complete this disc. There are some interesting moments but as a whole they bring this recording down to an ordinary level.
