Call 1-800-flowers if you don't need the flowers

I really like the idea of 1800-Flowers and enjoy the convenience of selecting a lovely bouquet online for a loved one in my pjs, now however, my feelings have changed. After attempting to use this service twice in the last month, with no flowers being delivered, I am done.
