Hollywood's New Toy

I'm in the minority here, and probably will be for quite a bit of time. Movies have been coming out in 3-D for quite some time, but the trend didn't seem to really take off until around the time Avatar came around and 3-D became a big thing. It helped to boost Avatar's box office gross and has gone on to help other films as well. There's nothing wrong with wanting something shiny. There's nothing wrong with liking to be visually stimulated. If 3-D movies is your thing that's fine. I can't change your mind.
