A lot of people are very skeptical about the necessity of supplements and those that do see the benefit in them, question which are safe, which are most effective, and which actually give you the most bang for the buck. Its an ongoing debate and the front-runners in this arena seem to coincide with what is being featured in the latest issues of health magazines, trendy diets, or mainstream vitamin shops. Catalyst is one of my favorite supplement products to take.  I was recently on our annual company trip.  6 months before the trip I worked out pretty hard.  I worked out for 3 months.  I lost a decent amount of weight, and trimmed up a bit.  The next 3 months I didn't really work out at all.  I would do some cardio maybe once or twice a week.  Lift weights twice every other week.  In a nut shell I wasn't working out.      When I was …
