Highly popular with the Chinese due to its many routes and flights out of Beijing. However, Air China seats are so narrow that even for someone as petite as I'm found it a hassle to travel on this airline. Yes, they try to squeeze as many passengers as they can in the planes but they miss out where the experience factor is concerned. Being the national carrier gives it a priority in terms of landings and taking offs so if you're flying out of Beijing International Airport and wants to be on time, this is THE airline to take. Otherwise, personally I prefer other airlines which offer better discounts and comfort!
