This rather unusual device is the means by which Bond gains entry into Blofeld’s oil rig at the end of “Diamonds Are Forever.” The balloon is dropped from a plane where it parachutes to the water below. Bond then literally walks on water, unzipping the balloon upon reaching the oil rig.

Yes, 007 does walk on Water!!!

No matter how suave and debonair James Bond is he cannot single handedly save the free world from the scourge of Commies and criminals without some help from Q and his inventive hardware.
