PLEASE!, DON'T TELL MY WIFE SHE WAS RIGHT.

Okay, Okay, do not tell my wife that she was right, because I will never hear the end of it, plus since she is an RN I never really can get a word in edge wise. Do you ever get that little tickle in the back of your throat? Well, I do and my wife is always taking this stuff called Airborne to keep her from getting real sick. It tastes okay but it just about stops there.

I like Airborne because it packs in a ton of vitamins in a tasty, effervescent formula. But in terms of effectiveness at preventing the flu or the common cold, it's pretty weak. In fact, countless studies have shown that taking vitamin supplements over the course of a long period of time does help strengthen the immune system.
