I have been experimenting with BBQ pork ribs for some time now and this recipe is one of my favorites. The rib meat practically falls off the bone and I can consistently turn out a great crowd pleasing product.
This recipe can also serve as a great addition to the tailgate feast. Simply boil the ribs the night before in the seasoning. Smoother in BBQ sauce, refrigerate and break them out on game day, toss them on the grill as per the instruction. Just bring napkins.
