I love B&H! Over the last year or so, they've become part of every major electronic purchase I've made. They're seriously a sleeper. I first found/noticed them after researching a pair of headphones I was looking to buy. I was thinking they were just another online distributor until one day I was reading Consumer Reports and actually found them ranked highly.
Now, every time I come across something I want to buy, I make sure to check how much B&H is selling it for. They always include free shipping, and if you're from California, you'll avoid the taxes too! If you're buying televisions or monitors, this will come in handy because you won't have to pay the e-waste tax that you do at Fry's or Best Buy. Here are some of the other key reasons I love B&H:
Google Shopping Integration - If you use Google Shopping, its easy to check out on B&H, I've made three or four purchases from them, and they always have my info ready to go. I bought a monitor the other day and was done in literally 3 or 4 clicks.
Low Prices - B&H makes Frys Electronics look expensive! They even are a bit lower from items I've seen on Amazon, too. Even if you decide not to buy anything from them, it's always good to see what other items they offer, the free tax/free shipping may be worth considering a different item preference. While everybody was waiting on pins and needles for holiday sales and black Friday, I was purchasing items that were already low enough.
Variety - I was really into a certain pair of headphones that Sony no longer made, and as each month passed, they were getting harder and harder to find. I didn't like the new model they came out with, and preferred the one they stopped making. Amazon sold the outdated version at a higher price than the newer model, and many other stores no longer offered what I wanted. B&H has always given me a good variety in terms of different brands and models of anything you are looking for. Give them a try.
The only thing with B&H is that their specs and product information at times tends to be somewhat limited. So at times you'll have to do your own research before heading over to their site to make the purchase. Their user reviews are pretty much nonexistent, so you'll have to come here to Lunch or look elsewhere for the useful things people are saying about what you want to buy.
Other than that, great place for electronics!

I love sites that have an actual ease of use and availability of a real live person. Thanks!
I am very familiar with them and have bought quite a bit of stuff from them over the years. You neglect to mention one of my reasons I buy from them: Their pre- and post- sale technical support. Got a question? Call them. I have never had a bad experience from anyone who answers the phone. It seems to me that they are extremely well versed in electronics and know exactly what you need. Plus, they take the time to explain in easy to understand language and always with a smile (when they are talking to you on the phone, it sounds as if they are smiling, If you know what I mean). Highly recommended.
