It would have been in negative territory if not saved by a few of its friendly and hospitable staff! The hotel is in subpar standard and not well kept. Unfortunately, Banyan Tree precedes its own reputation in the past and that has created a letdown experience. Too many frustrations during check-in and leave a bitter aftertaste.
