@ berryhappyl Come again?? Bruges is the biggest tourist trap in Belgium, it's one big open-air museum, and much of it isn't very authentic at all (rebuilt in the 19th century and after). Ghent, on the other hand, was named the world's third most authentic historical city in a recent National Geographic ranking. Add to that the fact that there are much and much more tourists in Brussels and Bruges, and it seems to me that you are turning things around here.

Don't go to Gent, it's very tourist-trap like. I would recommend Brussels and then Bruges.
