Bio-Oil worth a try

I tried this product on one very old scar. It goes on smooth and has a decent aroma to it. I've seen minimal change in the scar since using it. Hopefully there may be some more effect after longer use. I can't offer too much insight about how this product may work for you - there have been no negative effects and seemingly slight improvement for me. So I will say it's worth trying if you have areas of your skin you'd like to smooth out.

Bio- Fabulous

(Review done by my wife) At first I was quite skeptical of this product. An oil that is not greasy? Reduces scar markings? Stretch marks will fade away? Moisturizes dry skin? A tall order for a product I would say. However, it does emphasize that you need to use it twice a day for no less than 3 months in order to see results. Bio-Oil is an effective product

I didn't have to wait that long to see results which was one of the things that scared me the most after reading the recommended results. Now it's over 7 days after the first application, and the improvement on my skin is noticeable. I mostly applied on my face and neck. I use a SMALL amount on a clean face morning and night. Recipe for a rash.

The timing on this product was excellent for me. I had just had surgery, and I was looking for something that might help reduce the appearance, redness, and tightness of the scar. The product arrived, but I wanted to give myself a little more time to heal so I held back from using it. I'm on antibiotics which are drying the heck out of my skin. Can you be this oily for the required three months?

Ihave some Aging Skin, and a Scar, too, so I was prepared to try this product and see how it works. They tell you right up front that it takes twice-daily applications for at least three months before you can expect the magic to take place. I will come back after three months and let you know how it worked. However, I can see some real problems immediately.
