The Prince Reclaims His Throne

Older fans of Ozzy Osbourne won't be too surprised by the decidedly heavy tone of Ozzy's latest project, "Black Rain." Those folks who only know the domesticated Ozzy from his MTV show will most likely view this album as a wake-up call. The Prince Of Darkness Has Lost His Fangs

Pros: Couple of good songs, all the others are just OK. Cons: Sounds very unfinished and wish that Zakk would have shown up more. The Bottom Line: Could have been a whole lot better.
