A well written article from a mother's point of view as her teenage son tells of his awareness of the unease white people show towards him as he rides the public transportation in his city.
Judy Belk shares her concerns about racism as it affects her son in an easy to read yet insightful essay. Many articles on racism have an underlying anger or intensity. This writer is able to convey her love and caring in a way that it touches ones heart and opens our eyes.
