This was a favorite when my daughter was a baby. Works great even when out of diapers for any irritation in the diaper/panty area.

I have tried five different diaper rash creams on my daughter over the past six months. Her skin is very sensitive and all this time she probably went for about a week without diaper rash. The past month has been particularly frustrating as I was looking for something that works better and isn't laden with parabens and other chemicals.
