"Chicago" is a popular song. It was written by Fred Fisher and was published in 1922. The song has been recorded by many artists, but the best-known version is by Frank Sinatra. At a 1959 concert in Australia, Sinatra admitted that he was drunk while recording it.
The song was featured in H.C. Potter's 1939 film, The Story of Vernon and Irene Castle, starring Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire. It was later performed by Sinatra in a 1957 movie in which he starred, The Joker Is Wild.
