While I have never purchased jewelry from Classique Jewelers, I have used them twice to resize rings and used their appraisal service. They are a family-owned business who gives personal service. When I enter the store, I'm promptly greeted and helped. They have resized my platinum engagement ring twice and their prices are very reasonable. Instead of just pulling a number out of their butt, they actually consult a chart to see what the cost of the metal will be. It feels like I'm getting fair treatment and they're not just sizing up how much I can pay. Both times, the up-sizing has been flawless. You cannot tell the ring has been resized at all but of course, it fits so much better! I also had them appraise two of my rings and they were provided me a certificate to give my insurance company for each appraisal. I've been very happy at Classique Jewelers!
