Coca-Cola (Mexican version)

1 rating: 5.0
Mexican version of Coca-Cola (made with real cane sugar).

The Mexican bottle version of Coca-Cola is made with real cane sugar instead of HFCS.

Coca-Cola (Mexican version) is so good.  I bought some at a Mexican grocery store (it comes in a glass bottle) and I noticed that it tastes a lot different than the Coke you'll find at your local grocery store.  I read the label and it said sugar instead of HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup).  I haven't tasted a Coke like this in a very long time.  It's not sticky sweet or heavy but a crisp and refreshing cola that doesn't overload your taste buds and the caffeine kick is not as strong.  I would highly recommend this over the US version any day.  Make sure you get the one made with sugar (the 8oz bottles are made with HFCS).  Try one today and you'll make the switch.  You will pay a little more but it's worth it.
