For the past couple of months I've been trying to get my ears to tune into different forms of music other than just Rap and Hip Hop. Enter Colin Munroe who is surely one of my favorite new artist. He's fresh and talented, very talented!!! and he is such a mix of what I feel is going to be the next wave of good music. I also like how he taps into other artist to help reach other consumers.

Check out his Rehearsal Footage for will I stay with fellow up and coming artist Wale. This is what made me fall in love with him. The single is called "Will I stay"

What i would give to play just one of these instruments well! He has a great sound. Thanks for the rec! Have you checked out Pandora.com? It might be interestesting to input Colin Munroe and see what other artists are comparable.

Thanks for posting this. Just listened to a couple of his songs and decided to download his mixtape. He looks like he has a lot of a promise in this otherwise bland music world right now.
