my dad tried coromega before but he didn't like it. i think something to do with the effect? not really sure. he now switched to Maxalife, the fish oil variant.

I already take both CoQ10 and Fish Oil supplements--I take CoQ10 daily, but I only take the Fish Oil 3-4 times a week because the capsules are so large that I tend to avoid taking them. Coromega Healthy Heart, Omega-3 and Coenzyme Q10 Supplements are an excellent alternative for those who cannot swallow large pills.     Each box contains 30 packets of the supplement. I first heard about Coromega in the Health Forum here on Amazon.
