First webcam with Autofocus. Good image quality but average actual frames per second.

Creative Labs Live! Cam Optia AF 2.0MP Webcam with Autofocus is the first webcam with autofocus function which is a big plus and a convenient feature. Video/Image quality is very good (compare to many other webcam that I have used). It is compatible with most IM software. As you increase the resolution, the frame per seconds decreases significantly. At the lower/lowest resolution, the video is very smooth. Lies!

The product description, and the box, claim a 2.0MP sensor, and the ability to capture "HD" film at 30 fps at a resolution of 1600x1200. Yet, when you load up the software that comes with the camera, the options for film resolution top out at 640x480. On top of that, the software that comes with the camera is far crappier than what comes with the previous version of this camera, the optia "Pro" version.
