I love coffee. So by default... I love Crest White Strips

I drink coffee... like ALL the time.. I also love drinking tea. Which means, my teeth are not sparkly white at all.  I've also had braces and I kept saying I needed braces again.. but my British friends thought I was crazy. Of course, we are a country obsessed with our smiles and whiteness of our teeth ... and they... are not.

So I'm not sure what the effects of these white strips are, but I'm thinking they're along the same effects of the bleach whitening you get at the dentist but for a lot cheaper and a lot less hardcore.  Which is good for me because I am poor and I also have sensitive teeth so I'm not sure my teeth would have done well with bleach!

So with these strips, you're suppose to wear them twice a day, each time for half an hour.  However, when I was trying to do these strips I was in college and my schedule never allowed for me to have these on for 30 minutes in the morning, and I always forgot at night.  So instead of doing this twice a day for a week straight, I did it over the span of a month, whenever I had time or remembered.  It was actually good it turned out this was cuz my teeth were a bit sensitive and I didn't want the sessions to be too close together.

They definitely work - it's been about 2 years since I've used them and they haven't returned to the leve of stainedness they were at before I used them.  However, I've started using a straw when drinking coffee and tea so it won't stain as much.

This kit (the classic, basic one) runs for $16.99 at Target. It's a great deal, and if you really can't stand it - using it just a few times will still have a noticeable effect.. plus you're really only out $15.. not too big of a deal.
