Have you ever been sorely disappointed by a fast-food burger? Of course you have, that’s why it’s called fast-food. But if you’ve ever been to Culver’s, you will never hear a complaint. Culver’s isn’t really fast-food, is great-food served really fast.
Culver’s doesn’t start cooking your burger until you order it. So there are no heat lamps or microwaves designed to imitate a freshly prepared burger. The burgers come hot off the grill with all the original juices and flavors that the burger gods intended. All of the toppings are freshly cut and placed on your burger with the care and skill of an employee who doesn’t despise you or your order.
The Butter Burger is a delectable fusion of butter and hamburger. The butter, by its well-known and magical alchemy, protects and infuses the burger with a tasty flavor so delicious that you need to safeguard your shirt with a napkin so as to avoid the eating miscues that accompany the enthusiastic frenzy of eating a well-cooked piece of meat. The Butter Burger sets a high standard for the kind of fast-food this restaurant chain purveys. From their fries to their chicken tenders, the Culver experience is top-notch.
As a Wisconsin original, Culvers also takes great pride in their dairy products, so be sure to try out their sundaes, creamy shakes, cheese fries and curds, and the Oreo frozen custard sandwich. There are far too many items on Culver’s menu to list in any one review – so I highly recommend doing some investigative work of your own.
The drive-thru is only an extension of the quality service Culver’s provides. After you order and pay, you are handed a numbered window marker and instructed to park along the side of the drive-thru lane. In a few short minutes, a cheery Culver’s employee will come out and hand you your hot meal that was prepared with the time and attention it deserves.
A must visit and taste the next time you are in the Midwest!
