Note that the same people who want to give more "incentives" to oil companies also want to cut back subsidies to homeowners. This offers what you can do, and also links to a great database for every state in the US about what tax incentive, rebates, etc. are available through states & counties. Also, let your congress person and senators know where you want the Money to go in this time of difficult choices. To individuals, or to Exxon Mobil?
