I received the DLO GameCase and immediately tried it out. It really gives you a much more comfortable grip when playing landscape view games. It also makes it much easier for my kids to play games with their smaller hands. Upon using the supplied batteries we did not seem to get any added life to the ITouch. I have very mixed feelings about this case. My one major problem is that it runs on two AA batteries instead of recharging. I use my IPod Touch a lot and I would probably go through a set of batteries once every day. I just don't see any point in spending about a buck a day for disposable batteries when there are so many other similar style cases that you can recharge for only a couple penny's a day.
