Dilbert (first published April 16, 1989) is an American comic strip written and drawn by Scott AdamsDilbert is known for its satirical office humor about a white-collarmicromanaged office featuring the engineer Dilbert as the title character. The strip has spawned several books, ananimated television series, a computer game, and hundreds of Dilbert-themed merchandise items. Adams has also received the National Cartoonist Society Reuben Award and Newspaper Comic Strip Award in 1997 for his work on the strip. Dilbert appears in 2000 newspapers worldwide in 65 countries and 25 languages.

Scott Adams was a genius to create this look at business cubicle life.  Those of us that work in this type of environment can generally relate to many of the strips.  We all have worked for a pointy haired boss who seems to run things without a clue about what is going on at the same time stifling our creativity.  We all have encountered an "Alice",  the Pointy Haired Boss' Administrative Assistant who we have to be nice too or she will sabatage our career.   …
