I'm pretty much a casual chip muncher. However, I try to keep plenty of different types of chips around for the games and all that. Out of curiosity I decided to try out these Doritos 2nd Degree Burns. I figured hey, I dig chips once in awhile, and I love that spicy buffalo flavor too. After trying them, these chips were an instant hit with me.

The chips follow the Doritos tortilla chip tradition, and they have a very spicy taste that reminds me so much of buffalo wings. They are pretty hot, and for someone who's not use to eating them, they will probably scramble for a bottle of water. At least, that's what I did. Over time I got use to them, and now they don't effect me as much. I prefer to have them with a glass of orange juice. For me, the combination of the two brings out this incredible taste. If I eat them alone, I can't enjoy them the same way. The spices from the chips stick to your fingers pretty well, and I always have to wash my hands after a bag.

I have only two issues; 1) the price for one bag, which runs for $0.99. I feel there aren't enough in the bag for that price since it feels half full. 2) is the high calorie content which is 320, and 150 comes from fat. If you're trying to watch your weight then this might not be a good thing to pick up. Barring those little gripes, these are still some real good chips, and I prefer them over everything else Doritos related I tried.
