My decision for a drug free birth was sincerely based on my opinion of what is best for mom and baby (with a healthy pregnancy), not because I wanted to be a hero. If your decision is based on something else, like fear, you should seriously reconsider your idea of a normal birth. Stop believing what the mainstream media and our society want you to think. Birth is not scary, unless you decide it is. There is nothing that can stop a woman with no fear (if you're a Christian, I may add that there is nothing that can stop a woman who solely relies on Jesus and His grace).
