Epinions.com is a general consumer review site that was established in 1999. Epinions was acquired by Shopping.com(known as DealTime.com at the time of the acquisition) in 2003, which in turn was acquired byEbay in 2005. At Epinions, visitors can read reviews about a variety of items to help them decide on a purchase or they can join for free and begin writing reviews that may earn them money and recognition, according to the site's FAQs.

I've been reviewing for over 6 years now, and it appears a week doesn't go by without me dropping at least 5 reviews( for the moment), so I guess it's safe to say that reviewing is a solid hobby of mine, and I know that I'm not quitting any time soon. If you're a person who likes to think freely from mainstream influences and is excellent at applying logic and example to why you love or hate stuff, Epinions will be your dream come true.
