For any of you ladies out there with "raging hormones" - this stuff really works. I've been suffering from constant hot flashes and occasional night sweats for the past month or so; the hot flashes were getting so bad I was freezing my hubby out of the house with the air conditioner on! Unable to sleep because of it, I got some Estroven Plus Mood and Memory (I definitively need the extra Plus). With Black Cohosh and some other herbs (see the Wiki for other ingredients) along with added vitamins including D and E, take one a day with a meal. I haven't had a hot flash since I've been taking it, although my mood and memory aren't much better...LOL
and it's reasonably priced at $8.00 at WalMart for 30 caplets. My husband is so happy to be warm again he said he was gonna buy me a case of it! This product also contains soy in case you may be allergic......

No sweetie - my PMS days are over LOL but I wish I had tried it for that back in the day cuz I'm sure it would have worked! There are many different formulas so I'm sure it would help for those God-awful PMS symptoms. The hubby, bless his heart, would sit in his recliner with a heavy blanket on him cuz he was so cold while I would sit on the couch with shorts and a cami on fanning myself....damn those flashes are horrible!! LOL Thanks for the read devora!

I don't have hot flashes, but during that time of the month, my body temperature rises anyways, so I kind of know how you feel! I'll have to look into this :P

Devora -- I know what you mean -- it seems at some point in a women's life out bodily thermostat goes haywire....first it's PMS then it's menopause; we don't stand a chance!!! I think Estroven has a PMS formula out - it would be worth a shot!!
