Hmmm. There's plenty on the web about the "myth" of fluoridation. (I don't know enough on the topic to think either way on it, to be honest, but I am aware of it.) I'm no expert on it, BUT I would say that you're safe using your mouthwash once or twice daily. I'd encourage you to augment rinsing with water only a few times a day, as well. Seriously, one of the best things you can do about caring for your teeth is flossing as regular as you can and make certain you keep food from sticking where your gumline meets the teeth; those two things will help you better control any irritation to the soft tissues.
