Looks like my review got dropped. Here it is again... I won't open a book unless the cover catches my attention and this one did that. As someone who has had trouble with people dealing with my name, I could relate to the fact that the main character did as well. This gave her a sense of being very real with everyday problems. Peri moves through her day not seamlessly like a super P.I. but rather like a living breathing person who is just trying to make a living. The cast of characters are varied and well-developed so that they keep your interest. There is the right amount of quirkiness to make you laugh and keep you reading. Also enjoyed the fact that Peri is not the perfectly toned body and she enjoys a carb laden meal, unlike the model-perfect females on TV who are detectives or police. Maybe some of those TV execs could take note of the leads in a book like this one. Buy the book, order a pizza, break out your favorite beverage and enjoy a good read that will make you feel like part of the story.

OK, better. Thanks. I just thought was odd.

Seriously? You rate it 5 stars, and all you can say about it is that it's "quirky and fun"?

I had posted a full review earlier, but somehow it got dropped. As you can see, hopefully, the actual review is now in place.
