Not quite sure if it functions yet

So while me and my best friend were waiting in line at Target to pay, there was a display of these "function" drinks that looks painstakingly similar to Vitamin Water.. which I love.

I read the label for the Urban Detox thinking it was going to be somewhere along the lines of a lemon maple syrup cayenne pepper diet, but it was actually to aid in day after binge drinking detox!

Normally, this kind of stuff frightens me and I go running the other way, but it was on sale for 3 for $4 so we decided to try the function: LIGHT WEIGHT. Bottle says: ignite your metabolism and burn more calories per hour with our advanced formula featuring the red wine extract resveratrol and the antioxidant catechins EGCG and gymnema. I have no idea what the second part of that statement means but I figure if they use all the scientific initial stuff it should be ok right? Plus they're selling it at Target.. it can't be illegal or anything.

I cant comment on how much its affected my metabolism after one bottle.. but this stuff taste really good (the pomegranate flavor) and the whole 500mL bottle is a whopping 10 calories! I think I may be purchasing more of these as my drink when I dont want water.. plus maybe it really will ignite my metabolism.

Anyways, if anyone out there knows why I should not drinking this stuff, please let me know!!
