I have always been a freak for both chocolate and peanut butter, especially in the form of a cereal. When I was a kid, I couldn't live without Coco Puffs, nor Captain Crunch's Peanut Butter Crunch. I still remember when I got the bright idea to mix both cereals, and I remember tasting quite possibly the sweetest thing ever. I use to always think when will "they" make something like this. So when the day came around that I saw the ad for Reese's Puffs. I knew it was a matter of time that box would be mine.
Fast forward some years and I'm still chomping away on this cereal. Not as much when I was younger, but I do make it a point to pick up a box at least once a month. Reese's Puffs is a whole grain cereal that mixes chocolate and peanut butter puffs. The chocolate is made from Hershey's Cocoa, and it kind of does taste like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. The chocolate and peanut butter blends together perfectly, and the two different flavors never clash with each other. Once I get started with one bowl, it's hard for me to stop.
The cereal of course is excellent with milk, but it makes a pretty good solo snack. I also like that I can somewhat take my time with it, because it doesn't become soggy as quick as the Captain Crunch cereals.
Overall, this is a great cereal for me, and by far my favorite. If I wasn't slightly allergic to peanuts I would eat this a lot more than I do. Heck, I'm not suppose to eat it at all, but it rarely stops me though. Great for chocolate and PB lovers.
Pros: -Incredible blend of Chocolate and PB, makes great anytime snack
