Good Times is a cheerful and light-hearted collection of covers recorded by Elvis Presley.  The album's producer Felton Jarvis and the studio musicians manage to get a top level performance from Elvis.  At this point in his career, Presley's vocals were already on the decline due to poor health and drug abuse but he still manages to deliver the goods.  During the twilight of Elvis' career, a lot of young songwriters were sending him new material to record.  One of them was Jerry Reed who wrote the upbeat track "Talk About the Good Times".

This album was digitally remastered as part of the Elvis 75 collection.  If you fancy yourself an Elvis fan or a lover of classic pop music then I suggest that you check out this album along with the rest of the collection.

Looking at the wiki I do recall that this eventually landed in the cut-out bins. But I enjoy anthing Elvis does.
