Everything old is new again in Grace Digital's INNOVATOR III, Wi-Fi Internet Radio! It's hard to imagine a time when radio was the only form of home entertainment. The golden age of radio -- the period when radio reached its peak popularity with general audiences -- was in the 1930s and 1940s. Strangely, part of this period was during the great depression in North America when people were out of work and doing without most luxuries. Radio and its wide range of live music, comedy, variety shows, and dramatic programming served as a welcome escape from those troubled times. Sound FAMILIAR?

Whether in depression or recession, in good times and bad, radio has stood the test of time. Now with the internet, podcasts, streaming, and the like, you can listen to good ol' FREE radio from all over the entire world with Grace Digital's INNOVATOR III. Ok, ok... nothing in this world is free. You must have a wi-fi connection to use this product, but WOW, what a product!

I was born in 1970 and love the oldies. And by oldies, I mean OLDIES! The radio of the 1920's - 1940's is one of my favorite genres. The comedy routines of Fibber McGee & Molly, Burns & Allen, Jack Benny, & Edgar Bergen & Charlie McCarthy are classics. The radio serials like The Shadow, Inner Sanctum, & Orson Welle's Mercury Theatre STILL can send a chill up the spine. With the advent of internet radio, you can listen to programs like this and SO MUCH MORE!

ANY and I mean any type of music from anywhere in the world can be enjoyed. All types of talk radio on ANY kind of subject you can think of is accessible through the INNOVATOR III.

The INNOVATOR III is super easy to set up. I had absolutely no problems in taking this product out of the box and using it immediately. You can listen to over 16,000 internet radio stations including Pandora, iheartradio, AM/FM, NPR on-demand, BBC, ESPN, Live 365, and Sirius. I am not a Sirius member as of yet, but there are SO MANY free channels available that right now I don't see the need. The radio includes a full range rear ported 4" speaker for great highs, midrange, and bass. The radio also features a large 4-line display with 30 backlight micro settings. You can set your radio to automatically dim when turned off in the night time and stay bright during day time listening. It also includes 5 alarms to buzz or play your favorite radio station in the morning when you awake. Each alarm settable for one time, a day of the week, weekends, weekdays, or 7 day alarm
It even plays all of your music files from your PC or MAC and is compatibile with the free Grace remote control App for your iPhone/iTouch, which I have also used with ease.

The INNOVATOR III is my new best friend!
