More Grand Hyatt Macau Hotel (Cotai... reviews
Stayed here again some 2 weeks ago. Check-in is darn slow and truly tested my patience. We booked through the phone about half an hour before arrival for a spa package (with rooms included, MOP 2500++) and yet the reception couldn't find the reservation! Concierge, Randy, was great and helpful. Room was spacious and nice as with the Spa services. However, TV and broadband were not working well and staff attitudes aren't great!

Grand Hyatt, Crown and Hard Rock Hotels are 3 hotels that comprise the City of Dreams in Macau; newest entertainment and gaming block in Macau. We stayed at Grand Hyatt this week and Sands Macao last weekend. The rooms are much bigger and better for value in Sands Macao although Grand Hyatt is newer. For the same room rate, one gets a suite in Sands Macao while merely a room in Grand Hyatt. Location wise, they are both good depending on what and where you intend to go and do.
