The Depth of the Ocean

A short, yet extremely satisfying read. The author writes about her experience swimming in the ocean and encountering a lost baby whale. There is a powerful  heart connection between the two swimmers, and I found the depth of the language and descriptions used to be very meaningful and deep. Throughout life we encounter connections with animals and I think this book is a wonderful example of that.
