I bought a whole set of these at a clearance sale a few months ago. I had wanted to get rid of my teflon pans for a while but am a total mess when it comes to cooking without them. The Green Pans are heaven sent. They work even better than teflon and there are no worries about the potential carcinogenic nature of teflon either. It's totally amazing how stuff slides off of the cooking surface. Wonderful!
Teflon!!! What can I say. The exact risks to humans from perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) isn't clear, but it's certainly poisonous enough to kill birds in even minuscule amounts.
