I have only seen this type of cat food on sale at two places, and one of them is the Vets or a pet supply store. My own Vet recommends this food highly and it is the only one that I know of that is clinically proven to help your cats immune system. This will really help those older cats that have some small illnesses and other problems. This is also the only food that I know of that will help in support and build bone and joint cartilage. This is the brand that I have started all of my pets out on.
No matter what way that you look at it, cat food is not cheap unless you want to give them plain old bland generic cat food. But, if you want something healthy for your pets then this is a definite plus. Each of these brands from Hills Science Diet will help in some way or another especially, Science Diet. These bags will set you back at least ten dollars for a 4 pound bag and some of them cost a lot more. These all come in different size bags, but I usually purchase a small bag, so that it will be fresh for them at every day at dinner time. If you give your pets a better brand of food you will notice a difference in the way that they get around and the way that they look.
