Yes, I Love The Night Life is an excellent song with catchy hooks, good lyrics, and a stunning disco beat. However, an open minded listener will realize that there are some other good tunes on this record. And its not all disco.

City Rhythm, Diamond In The Rough, and Body Heat are solid rock n roll numbers. Broken Woman is a stunning blues tune with good piano. The other tunes are certainly tolerable.

Maybe this record is not an all time classic. But the lead single sure is and the other tunes are good enough to warrant a three star rating.
