Could the big green monster be too savage for the Savage Land?

After his battle with Zeus that leaves him in bad condition, the Hulk receives a message to pay a visit to the Savage Land from Kazar. It appears that many of the Sakaar people who fled there after his defeat in NY are being viciously attacked. Kazar states that he's never seen these kind of bite marks before.
