Creation of absolute invisibility by H.G. Well's immortal "The Invisible Man"

Knock, Knock, Who's There?

Along with "Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde" this seminal scifi creation not only alludes to human nature to become separated from accountability of actions but also addresses what happens when near omnipotence gives way to the madness of power divorced from morality. Outward invisibility is balanced with internal visibility of the Id's monstrous corruption [i.e. Picture of Dorian Gray]...Today's version of this could be the Nuclear "Mad Theory of Deterrence" giving way to the "New World Order' driven by U.S. Stealth Technology.
