Over 54 years, I have learned how manufacturers and the media trick me into eating processed foods in great quantities. My focused motivation to stay within ten pounds of my high school weight for the rest of my life foiled all their plots, plans, tricks, manipulations of yesterday and left me to deal with their multitude of new ones today. I have learned powerful tricks, tips and strategies that enable me to eat enticing real food every day that I love, that tastes really good, that I can make myself, and even how to eat out without eating processed poison my body hates.
The book is being written as we speak. I am helping people one person at a time while I am writing it. One person has quit smoking and lost twenty pounds and counting to her amazement, because she has been fat all her life, came from a fat family with big bones.
