I wish I had a good answer for you! That's exactly what I want to know too! :) I have tiny calves, they're almost non-existent. There is only one pair of boots that I have that fits me decently and they're Born winter boots lined with real sheepskin. My only problem is that I bought them about a size too small, so I only wear them if I know it won't be for a long time. I got them at Marshalls for $130. They fit great on the calves! They're something like the ones in the photo, just about 4-6 inches taller. I couldn't find the exact photo because I bought them a couple of seasons ago, but I'm sure they have similar styles now.
