Just because I am a mom doesn't mean I have to look like one, yes? No mom jeans, no pageboy, etc. I want to be one of those hip moms - one of those moms who looks like she could change a diaper while looking like the essence of cool...
While I may not be quite there yet, I have started on my "EIP" - the Eliotsmuse Improvement Program. It actually began on my 29th birthday this past August, so don't chalk me up as one of those random resolution makers! This has more to do with the fact that I have not spent hardly ANY time on myself since having my son. I now realize the importance of taking care of myself, so to begin, I got a new haircut this past Monday. I ended up with shorter layers and piecey, sideswept bangs, which looks downright sexy, if I must say so myself...and I don't have to...my husband concurred!
However, with a new cut and style comes new product. I picked up L'oreal Studio Line Unkempt, Out of Bed Weightless Texturizer because I liked the consistency of the product and I also like the price. I'm definitely in love with this product! I am dumb when it comes to hair - I don't know how to style my own hair and have never cared much. I brush, it is done. With the new bangs though I wanted to try to texturize them a bit and make them piecey and a little more edgy than I am used to. This texturizer works great - it's not too heavy or greasy and is user friendly, even for those of us who need products to be dumbed-down! I'm able to style in seconds and since I don't wash my hair every day I like that it doesn't make it sticky, greasy or flakey. Praise be to L'oreal!

I have lots of piecey layers too and love Bed Head Manipulator but this one sounds good to try; does it smell good?
