Nice pricey workout clothes with bad customer service policies

I bought black yoga pants and a matching warm-up jacket for $200.00. A little more that one would want to spend on such items but Lululemon is a trendy, upscale, must have brand and I had to have it. The sales person waiting on me was okay and so were the attendants at the dressing room even though they gave me bad advice. They told me the sizes run small and I did not find that to be true and they said the the pants I had on were a fine fit but they were too short. They do offer free alteration which is a plus but that service takes 4 days.
After paying the $200 for new outfit, the lululemon clerk slipped the top into a stylish, plastic, reusable shopping bag and I left the bottoms with them to be shortened (I bought the longer pair) When I got home I pulled off the tags and put my new jacket on with a pair of jeans and went out to dinner with a friend. It did not feel comfortable at all. It kept riding up and I kept pulling down. It wasn't until the next day that I realized that they did not give me the right item.
I brought the $108.00 warm-up top back for an exchange and the clerk refused to give me the one that I wanted saying that their policy is not to take back merchandise that has been worn. I told her that it was the fault of Lululemon's employee and it was an easy mistake since it looks very similar but it is not the one that I wanted.
With much argument and a chat with the manager, I finally convinced them to let me have the jacket that I originally bought....thank goodness. I am happy with the clothing but not pleased in the customer service department.
