Lush > Wiki

Lush is a company based in Poole, Dorset in the UK.  Lush produces a large array of beauty products from soaps, cosmetics, lotions to face masks using organic fruits and vegetables.

Lush is an environmentally friendly company that minimizes packaging on solid products by eliminating any packaging completely and only wrapping them in paper when you pay for the products at the counter.  In addition, Lush aims to keep their freshness in products, which is why their inventory of any specific product at any time is relatively low.

Lush does not test its products on animals, nor does it purchase any products for use from companies who do test on animals.  Instead, their cosmetics and soaps are tested on volunteer humans before they are rolled out to Lush stores around the world.  As for purchasing from companies who test on animals, Lush does not discriminate against companies who have previously tested on animals but have since stopped.  By doing this, this gives incentives for companies to stop testing on animals as of now.

Some of their products are even VEGAN! Chck out …

I love Lush as a concept (fresh, handmade, eco-friendly) and as a seller of soaps and bath bombs, though I've had less luck with some of its face/toner and lotion products. Their soaps are gloriously colorful and glittery and fragrant and not all the same size/shape.     Basically, Lush is one of my favorite places to go to get gifts--after all, some of its products are a little expensive for me to justify buying for myself (one bath bomb at $6 is good for …
