I have had the unique experience of learning to drink Scotch with one of my friends who happens to be an official Macallan ambassador. He sets up tastings all around the country. We have sat down and drank many different varieties of Scotch from blended to single malt and all different makers. This Macallan 18 is incredible...if you can afford it($160/bottle) and you like scotch, I suggest trying it. You can't just jump in to drinking scotch...it is definitely an acquired taste.
